Due to the perishable nature of our products (live microgreens), the following policies apply:
- No returns, refunds, or cancellations are permitted once the product has been delivered.
- Orders may be cancelled before delivery, subject to our confirmation. In such cases, you may reorder a product of equivalent value within 7 days.
- If you are dissatisfied with our product or service, please contact us. We will be happy to offer an improved service or product wherever possible.

We deliver live, fresh microgreens with care and precision. Please note:
- Orders are shipped only after full advance payment has been received.

- A delivery window (within a few hours) will be notified to you on the day of delivery.
- Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of ordering.
- You will receive confirmation via email, SMS, WhatsApp message or phone once your order is dispatched.
While we ensure timely handover of orders to courier partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or postal authorities.

Force Majeure
Satv Microgreens shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, government restrictions, cyber attacks, supply chain disruptions, or failure of telecommunications or internet services.
In such cases, Satv Microgreens will make reasonable efforts to notify you and resume normal operations as soon as possible. However, such events shall not entitle any party to claim damages or cancel orders once delivery is underway.
